Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been sent, downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you do not receive your order or you are having other difficulty, please get in touch with us hello@yourpartyinvites.com and we will gladly assist. 

Exceptions

If you experience issues with your purchase, such as receiving a corrupted file or encountering technical difficulties, please contact us at hello@yourpartyinvites.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include providing a replacement file.
