Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been sent, downloaded or accessed, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. How Do I Personalize My Child’s Birthday Invitation?
You can either self-edit your invite using Canva or choose a "done for you" option where we'll carry out all of your customizations and deliver your invite within 24 hours. When you place your order, you can tell us your child's name, age, party details, and also include a photo if you want to add one.
Can I Get The Invitation Quickly?
Absolutely! Self-edit invites are available for instant download after purchase. For done-for-you options, we’ll deliver your customized invite within 24 hours.

Yes! If you wish to change the music, please provide us with a YouTube link for the song you want and details of what part of the song you want.
Can I Make Edits After The Order Is Delivered?
Any self-edit invites can be edited at any time. If you place a done-for-you order and notice that we have made a mistake, we'll of course amend this right away. If you would like to make any other amendments, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will carry out reasonable amendment requests completely free of charge!
